Eligible returns

If an item arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us soon after delivery with your order number and photos.

Non-returnable items

• Opened or used puja samagri (kumkum, haldi, camphor, incense)
• Items damaged after delivery through use

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Timelines will be confirmed when payments go live.
